This is a coolant outlet "T" for Fiat DOHC 2.0L motors in North American 124 Spider and 131 cars, 1979-80.
Notice the threaded air bleed hole and restricted outlet at one end, to slow coolant flow and improve thermal transfer through the radiator. Can be used on earlier cars with external thermostat.
Brass bleeder plug may be included as supplies permit. Plan to reuse your existing plug.
