This is a water outlet housing for 1980-on Fiat and Pininfarina 124 and 131 / Brava model vehicles with FI which also have a water outlet nipple at the rear for connection to the manifold pre-heater.
It has the "T" style bolt-on connector at the outlet end and has a platform on top for mounting the auxilliary air regulator.
