This is a ground connection terminal buss (often referred to as a "ground bloom") as fitted in the cabin and engine bays of all model year Fiat and Bertone X1/9s, 124, 128, 131/Brava and Lancia cars.
A rusty ground bloom can be the cause of many electrical gremlins in these cars.
In X19s, four are used, one in each headlight pod area, one in the engine bay, and one under the dash.
In 124s, three are used, two above the front shock towers, and one beneath the dash.
Condition: OE NOS - RENEWED
Either Original Equipment New Old Stock, or freshly stripped/plated in yellow-zinc. A must-have for good electrical connections, and for detail work in the engine bay.
