This is a F/I/A/T Factory OE Savara / Flexider dual action thermostat for Fiat and Bertone X1/9s, early 128 Sedan / Coupe  Yugo, and other Italian cars with 2-piece serviceable thermostats

This thermostat properly fits the housing on a Fiat, unlike aftermarket units which work, but are slightly smaller.

All brass construction.
