This is a Factory OE valve shim adjustment tool for all SOHC Fiat engines, including 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 and 1.9l. Allows the depression of two buckets simultaneously in order to remove and install valve shims..
This allows hundreds of uses without splintering or peeling the edges that contact the bucket.
Note: If adjusting an aftermarket camshaft with smaller-than-stock base circle, you may need to use a flat blade screw driver to depress the shim bucket slightly to assist starting / feeding the tool under the camshaft.
