This is a set of three stainless steel phillips head 3mm screws used to secure the inner headlight ring to the headlight bucket on most Fiat cars including early 124, X1/9, 128, 131 and others.
Note: Later Fiat and Pininfarina 124 cars with SIEM headlight assemblies use larger 4mm screws.
Replace your rusted, rounded ones with stainless and never fight with replacing your headlights again.
