This is a wheel alignment / brake rotor retainer bolt on front or rear wheels on all model year Fiat, Lancia Scorpion, and Yugo cars with factory equipped stock 9" disc brake rotors. 

Also referred to as; wheel locating pin, brake rotor dowel, and brake rotor to hub stud.
