This is a steel exhaust camshaft and / or auxiliary shaft pulley for all 1438, 1592, 1608 and 1800 DOHC engines including 124 Spider, 131, and Lancia cars from 1967-78.

Notice the belt retaining lip on the outside edge of the pulley.
