This is a cold start fuel injector as fitted at the end of the throttle body for 1980-88 Fiat and Bertone X1/9s with Bosch L-Jet fuel injection.
Very similar to that used for FIAT and Lancia 2.0L Bosch L-Jet application, with exception of the orientation of the fuel inlet barb. This is easily accomodated by a slightly longer hose from the rail. Same operation and mounting otherwise.
