This is a front hood release cable and sheath for Fiat and Bertone X1/9s from late 1978-88. Fiat introduced this style cable mid-year in 1978.
Solid steel cable, flexible sheath with threaded fittings for latch-end. 36" long.
Includes locking ferrule.
NOTE: Cable is secured by folding the wire back on itself over the ferrule as shown. Crimping the ferrule will NOT secure the loop correctly.
