This is a F/I/A/T Factory OE front targa top weatherstrip for 1976-1988 Fiat and Bertone X1/9.
These fasten to the windshield frame and provide a tight seal to the leading edge of the targa top.
1973-75 cars used a different weatherstrip (and different contour on the leading edge of the top).
