This is an oil pump pick-up foot for all model year Fiat and Bertone X1/9s.
This is the later style which has a shroud over the foot thus placing the pickup in the center of the pan; a better design to combat oil starvation during hard cornering.
Not for use in Front Wheel Drive applications (Yugo, Strada, 128) with shallow steel pan.
