This is a cylinder head water outlet "T" for all carbureted DOHC Fiat engines with external thermostat.
Originally fitted to 1974-78 1.8L motor, they are slightly 'taller' than earlier versions used on 1608cc cars to position the hoses farther away from the belt cover.
Can be used on any earlier DOHC engine.
