This is a lightweight resin auxiliary shaft timing gear for all fuel injected 2.0L engines in Fiat 124, 131 and Lancia Beta from 7-1979 onward.
Typically considered the "FI" style of auxiliary shaft pulley, for use on motors whose upper cam gears do not have belt guides.
Notice the belt lip on the inside of the pulley.
