This is a Factory OE center cap as Factory fitted to 1983 Pininfarina 124 Spider with alloy wheels.
56mm inner / 63mm outer diameter.
These are compatible with CD-91, CD-16, CD-134 and Bertone Speedline alloy wheels which are used on various models such as 124, 131, Ritmo, Fiat / Bertone X1/9.
Of course, Silver background makes a great platform for custom logo or decals.
