This is a pair of axle CV joint boot band clamps for all Fiat and Lancia cars.  One small diameter for axle, one larger diameter for the CV joint.  Including Fiat Bertone X1/9, Fiat 128, Strada, Ritmo, and Lancia Scorpion / Montecarlo  and Beta FWD versions. 

These are easy to use and secure by being crimped together at the loop as shown.
