This is a F/I/A/T Factory OE plastic well-nut retaining clip used to secure the front grille on Series 2 (1979-88) Fiat and Bertone X1/9s.
Also used for grilles on Fiat Pininfarina 124 Spider.
Drilled for larger screws that are required in these areas. Usually red in color.
