This is a F/I/A/T Factory OE all metal body heater control valve by Savara, applicable to all Fiat and Bertone X1/9s (without AC) from 1974-88.
Deemed by Fiat as the official replacement valve for use on Fiat and Pininfarina 124 Spider and Coupe from 1968-85.
Sold separately:
rubber gasket 4176872 ... between valve + pipe(s) to heater core
o-ring seal 14457180 (replaces 4105038) ... between valve and outlet tube

Since 1984, Fiat supplied only the stock X1/9 (nonAC) style heater valve as the replacement for the stock 124 Spider Coupe heater valve.
The majority of Fiat 124 Spiders and Coupes have had their heater valves changed years ago to the X1/9 style heater valve.
