This is an early style Bosch Electronic Control Unit (ECU) computer for fuel injected Fiat and Bertone X1/9s from 1980-7/1983.
Bosch Blue Sticker and Blue Dot.
Factory early style (1980-7/83) ECUs are bare externally as they did not come with later models' altitude sensor (bolted to late style gold dot ECU) proviso that mates to an extra 3-terminal connector built into factory fitted corresponding late style fuel injection wiring harness (early style ECU in photos).
