This is a plastic cover that fits to the left (NA-spec driver side) door pillar of 1973-74 Fiat X1/9.
This mounts to the interior of the door jamb behind the seat. It is black in color.
Fastening arrangements for these pieces were unique, with the screws concealed beneath the door rubber weatherstrip.
