This is a set of four polished metal beauty rings to fit to 13" steel wheel as fitted to most Fiat cars including 124 Spider, X1/9, 131 and 128.
All metal trim rings are no longer in production by any manufacturer. ABS plastic units are all that are out there, and even those are sometimes hard to find.

Good used condition. May have very minor blemishes that are barely noticeable when installed.
