A quality Italian maker 3-Piece (late style) bearing assembly located as the front bearing on the input shaft (4th gear) in all Fiat 124 Spider and Coupe 5-Spd transmissions.  Also applicable to Fiat 1500.  

Can be retrofit in place of earlier 1-piece (Fiat PN 854140)  units.  

Hard to find.
