This is a set of three stainless steel phillips head 4mm screws used to secure the inner headlight ring to the headlight bucket on 1980-on Fiat and Pininfarina 124 cars with SIEM headlight assemblies.

Note, most 124 Spiders 1979 and earlier used smaller 3mm diameter screws.  Examine yours carefully before ordering.
