This is a transmission bell-housing for Fiat and Pininfarina 124 Spider, late 1974-85 cars with 215mm clutch.  

This unit requires use of thick style belleville 4313308 washer and larger seal holder 4326422

Earlier transmissions used thin input shaft belleville washer 4062793 and seal holder 4161084.
