This is a high quality Italian maker oil breather vent hose elbow for twin cam 2.0L (DOHC) Fiat engines as production fitted in 124 Spider, 131/Brava, and Lancia Beta from 1979-on.

Also referred to as the cyclonic trap lower / bottom crankcase ventilation hose.

Hose connects to 19mm fitting on motor, 23mm fitting on breather.
