This is a pair of chromed plastic edgings for the tops of the front kick panel pockets on Fiat and Pininfarina 124 Spider.
Similar profile to original, with internal heat-activated adhesive. Push it on, and warm with a heat gun to activate the adhesive. Looks just as shown in photo.
