This is a Factory OE Carburetor Base Plate Spacer as used on Fiat 124 with dual plane intake manifolds. 

This included 1971-73 Fiat 124 Spider / Coupe fitted with DHSA carburetors and  Fiat 124 / 131 1979-80 fitted with ADHA carburetors.

Fits between the carburetor and the intake manifold.

Includes thin 5mm bakelite insulator plate with integral paper gaskets on each side.
