This is a new production, improved design crossmember applicable to Lancia Scorpion and Montecarlo cars.
Supports the transmission and engine assembly and also acts as the forward suspension pick-up points. Mounts transverse between left and right side frame rails.
The stamped steel OEM units are known for cracking or rusting after high miles and causing problems for engine and suspension mounting. Clean, usable OEM units are hard to find.
This item is made from heavy wall carbon steel box tubing, with laser cut plates for suspension pick-ups, cable brackets. All of the original stud and well nut positions are present to ensure exact, bolt-in replacement to your OEM unit.
20% heavier and much more sturdy than an OEM unit.
Compatible with original 1.8/2.0L driveline installations, and Honda K-Swap.
