This is a Factory OE steel crossmember as used on Lancia Scorpion and Montecarlo cars.
Supports the transmission and engine assembly and also acts as the forward suspension pick-up points. Mounts transverse between left and right side frame rails.
These are known for cracking or rusting and causing serious problems for engine mounting. Clean, usable OEM units are very hard to find.

No bends. No cracks. All studs and well nuts are undamaged.
