This is a steel cam pulley for 1100 and 1300 SOHC engine supplied in Fiat X1/9s (1973-78), 128s and Yugos. This style of pulley has a backside belt guard and is meant to be used with auxiliary shaft pulleys with a front-side guard.
More durable than the original resin pulleys.
