This is an oil pump pick-up foot for all model year Fiat 128 and Yugo cars. These oil pumps have a short pick-up foot due to the shallow stamped steel oil pan. This is the later style which has a shroud over the foot, placing the pickup in the center of the pan, a better design to combat oil starvation during hard cornering.
